I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been in such a 60s mood recently! (Remember this from just last week?) This is actually a top and skirt, so I’ll be able to mix them up and style them in more 21st-century ways. But wearing them together as a faux dress was pretty fun, I gotta say.

Speaking of fun, I hope everyone had an enjoyable Memorial Day weekend. In case you’ve been having so much fun that you haven’t been on the Interwebs since Thursday (how retro of you), here’s what you might have missed on Sarah’s Real Life: me being really good at walking in fabulous red shoes, and an assortment of adorable things that I wouldn’t mind putting in my NEW HOUSE.

Look at that sassy walk! I always try to get a shot while I’m walking because it seems more authentic than just posing all the time, but my walking photos almost never look good. I don’t know if I’m actually a weird walker, or if it’s just hard to catch the right moment. Sometimes the photos are blurry if I’m walking too fast. But I finally caught one where I look like I’m straight up strutting down a catwalk. I accidentally cut off my head, but I’m OK with it. Creative cropping is the best way to make my fivehead look like a normal forehead. Go ahead and give that pic a second look. Enjoy it now, because it will be a while before I look this cool again.
