Spring is a great time to stock up on those classic closet basics that you’ll love for years to come. Or you could say “screw it all” and buy an adorable pink saddlebag or some floral pumps. Today I’m happy (she says with an evil grin) to share a fun collection of spring statement makers now on extra major sale at Neiman Marcus LastCall! In case you’re not familiar, LastCall is sort of an outlet store for NM, so they have a huge collection of clothes, shoes, and accessories from a wide range of designers (some you’ve heard of and others you probably haven’t). There are goodies at every price point, but everything I picked out here is under $150.

LastCall’s Easter sale is ending today – 35% off! But if you’re still in a jelly bean stupor, never fear. Monday-Tuesday (3/28-3/29), you can get an additional 25% off sitewide.

On top of all that, if you sign up with ShopAtHome.com, you can get 8% cash back on your purchase (and cash back on all kinds of other retailers, too). All the links above will take you through ShopAtHome so you can earn, but you can still click through to the products like normal if you don’t want to sign up – no worries!

And happy shopping – buy something fun, why dontcha? 😉

Hmm…my early spring outfits have been looking an awful lot like my early fall outfits. But in my defense, it’s too early to break out all the pastels and florals that I put away for the winter. As soon as I drag all those tubs out of the basement and start swapping out my closet, there will be a snow storm. And it will be all my fault. I just can’t take on that kind of responsibility right now. So just to be safe, I have to keep finding mild-weather outfits that can be made out of my cold-weather clothes.

By the way, I’m doing one of my favorite remixing hacks here – wearing a dress as a skirt by layering a sweater over it! See how I wore this dress (as a dress) last fall here and here.
