I’m writing this post as I wait in line for the bathroom before I walk in the Indy Pride Parade with IYG (isn’t technology great?). My outfit today doesn’t exactly fit with the theme of this blog, but here’s something I wore a couple evenings ago.

Yesterday as part of my internship, I got to walk over to the federal courthouse to meet the bankruptcy court’s staff attorney. I’m kind of a big deal. So since I was meeting important people, I had to make like Barney Stinson and suit up.
At one point shortly after I started law school, it crossed my mind that I might be faced with a life of wearing suits and I wasn’t too excited about it. But I gotta say…now that I have a suit, I kind of like it. I still don’t think I would like to wear one every day, but once in a while it’s OK. It makes me feel powerful. In fact, I was mistaken for an attorney yesterday. SUCCESS!
