OK, yes, this is two blog posts in a row where I’m wearing a striped short sleeve dress. But I did wear a striped short sleeve dress two days in a row in real life, and “real life” is right there in the title of my blog. So you knew what you were getting in to. And frankly, if you’re not a fan of stripes and/or dresses, I don’t know what you’re here for. I know it’s not for my personality. 😉

Buying this dress was a pretty great decision. I mean, has there ever been a more perfect item of clothing for me? It’s a shift dress. With stripes. That are yellow. My only regret is when I bought it. It was a couple weeks ago when it got warm for a couple days, and then immediately plunged back into winter. So I had to stare at my adorable new dress hanging in my closet and let a single yellow tear (not really…that sounds like a medical problem) roll down my cheek each day that it was too cold to wear it.

FINALLY! Monday was the day. So please join me in celebrating springtime and the color yellow. And stripes, as always.
