I’m taking a quick break from posting Top 10 remix outfits today. I DIDN’T CHEAT on the challenge; this outfit is from last month. I promise!

I had noticed that I pinned several blush and gray outfits from other blogs on Pinterest recently, and it was about time I tried it myself. So I did. Voila! There’s something I really like about these two shades together…maybe it’s the gloomier nature of gray juxtaposed with the girly-ness of blush. Yeah, I just said “juxtaposed.” I’m articulate like that.

This was actually my first Top 10 Remix outfit, but then I realized I wore stripes 3 days in a row so I posted things out of order in an effort to make myself look less like a broken stripes record. Of course, this outfit involves two different striped pieces, so I’m not sure how much difference the schedule makes. I LIKE STRIPES, OK?! Get over it. It was a struggle narrowing down my top 10 to only 2 striped items, one being this dress. It combines 3 of my favorite things: stripes (did I mention I like stripes?), fit and flare dresses, and anything Madewell.
