I used to like to read for fun, and I don’t know exactly when or why I fell off the wagon, but for the past several years I’ve only read for pleasure on vacation. And even then, I would often start a book and then never finish it. I’ll blame a combo of law school and streaming services for stealing all of my time and attention.
But like a lot of us, I decided to use quarantine as an excuse to revisit an old hobby. It started out slow, just reading a chapter or two in bed to wind down, and now I’m knocking out books like it’s my part-time job.
If you want to check out the books I’ve read so far, I’ve collected them all in a list on Bookshop.org. If you haven’t heard of this website, it’s pretty cool – you can order whatever books you want, and a portion of the profits go to a local bookstore that you can pick yourself.
