Remember how I told you about the date night fail last week? Well, I made reservations at the Melting Pot Sunday night and we got our delayed fondue fix. What is so great about dipping bread and broccoli into a big bowl of steamy cheese, you may ask? The answer is: everything. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate s’more fondue for dessert. A fit and flare dress definitely comes in handy for meals like this one. I might have to start doing that thing people do – what’s it called? – oh yeah…exercising.

What a pretty dress–the stripes are so flattering and fun!
I love all the angles of the stripes on this dress. Beautiful! We went to the Melting Pot once for our anniversary – it was fun, but our restaurant was so run down and dark it kind of took away from the experience. I mean, if I’m cooking my own meat, I need enough light to see and make sure it’s actually done, right?
Ours was actually really dark too! Not run down luckily. But I had to get my phone out to use as a flashlight to read the menu. Ambiance is one thing. Squinting is another.
Love the dress with its bold stripes and very flattering shape. Stripes always looks so crisp and clean. I have that exact necklace! Always gets lots of love!
Sounds like so much fun! And what a lucky man you have, pretty lady! I have never been to a Melting Pot… but looks like I need to change that ASAP!
