Last Friday, I spent most of the day at my internship, then I had to go straight to a very small, casual party. Rather than taking the time to change completely, I waved my magic wand and said “accio denim vest!” Then I changed my shoes and put my hair in a side pony – I don’t know spells for those.
I think it worked! Maybe this vest really is magic.
P.S. I recently ran out of my favorite pink Clinique Chubby Stick (“chunky cherry“), and I went to get a new one but ended up picking this pinker and more intense color (“plushest punch“). What do you think? I really like it!

Oh, good question! I wore the dress with no extra layer (except the little tie belt that came with it). Then I wore my pink collar necklace and pink cap-toe Anne Klein pumps! Plus a more “businessy” ponytail 🙂
I wasn’t sold on the denim vests. But I really like it!
I like the brighter lipstick! I want a denim vest. I keep putting it off as too country but it’s perfect here!
