After working from home for 2 months (or 5 days or 7 years, not sure), I had an epiphany. All that time, I was getting up in the morning, forcing myself to change out of my PJs, and reaching for my most comfortable pant options.

How could I have neglected to realize that a long dress is basically a nightgown?! But for the day. A daygown. With the warmer weather finally here, I’ve opened up a whole new world of WFH outfit options. It doesn’t take much to excite me these days.

We have now entered the phase of quarantine where my style has evolved into “independently wealthy lady on permanent vacation in the Hamptons” even though my real life remains “lady working a full-time job from her bungalow in Indianapolis.” Dress for the job you want, amiright?
