A chambray shirtdress: why didn’t I think of this sooner? Call me crazy, but I think this thing might just have its own Wardrobe Workhorse post in a few months. I know it’s early and I’ve only worn it once, but when you meet the right person – I mean dress – you just know. I wore this last week on an unseasonably warm day at the zoo (hence all the animal print…when in Rome, right?) so I know it’s comfortable in spring/summer temps. But picture this baby layered up with sweaters, blazers, leggings, scarves, etc. She’s going the distance, I just know it.

I’ve been in search of a chambray shirt dress for years, possibly since high school! Ha! Sadly, I’ve never found one that looks as great as this one does on you! I love the leopard touches, they are perfect!
I absoultely love that your belt and shoes matched. Sometimes it can look too matchy matchy but it is perfect in this outfit! Very cute and simple.

I never would have considered buying a chambray shirt dress, but this looks great on you! And all of the ideas for fall outfits are making my head think “you should try it on!” 🙂
