The day I wore this outfit, my boss told me I looked sassy! Or maybe she said snazzy. Or maybe it was “so-so.” At this point, it’s been a few weeks and I just remember it started with an “s” and was appropriate for the workplace (we just had our required anti-harassment training). But I’m hoping it was “sassy” because that’s the looks I’m pretty much always going for.

It’s a tale as old as time: you go to Target for sriracha and leave with a new outfit. The next day you go back for antacids, and get a bag to match.

I don’t actually remember what groceries and household items I went in for last week, but sure enough I walked out with a new wardrobe. I don’t shop as incessantly as I used to a couple years ago, but sometimes the mood strikes me and I run with it – or, you know, lightly jog with it so as not to get carried away.
