Not my best work, folks. I don’t know if it was a bad hair day or I was bloated but I look pretty sloppy up there. I didn’t realize it until I looked at these photos and I almost didn’t want to post them, but then Kristin was all “it’s Sarah’s Real Life!” I hate it when she’s right.

So if any of you follow style blogs and feel discouraged that you don’t look that put-together everyday, don’t worry. No one does. Thank goodness for brave heroes like myself who are willing to put an only partially edited version of their lives on the interwebs. You’re welcome, world.

Yeeeeees, I know it’s November, but technically I did wear this dress in October. I mean Frocktober. Is the cutesy name getting old? Well it’s fine if it is, because this is the last you’ll hear it from me for a while. Until next Frocktober, of course. OK, for real, that was the last time.

We’re in that fun time of year (whatever cutesy name you want to give it) when I can wear tall boots with short dresses, sans tights. It makes the bottom 2 inches of my thighs feel very sassy. There are other outfits that might make the top 2 inches of my thighs feel sassy, but those are outfits I probably won’t be wearing unless I decide to make a very drastic change in my career path. I think I’ll stick with being a sassy-kneed lawyer for now.
