20121101-170754.jpgIf mint was the color of the spring and summer, and bordeaux/burgundy/oxblood is the color of the fall and winter, then does that mean they should be friends? I believe it does. Kind of a random combo, but I’m diggin’ it. Am I too white to say diggin’? Probably. Do I answer too many of my own questions? I don’t think so.

Sorry, you guys…I’ve come down with a cold and I think the sinus pressure combined with the drugs are messing with my brain. Is my delirium entertaining or concerning? I’ll let you answer that one.

20120925-194942.jpgOnce upon a time, if someone told me I looked preppy, I would punch them in the face (in my mind). But when you go to law school, something weird happens. After a couple months, you start thinking things like, “Man, I wish I had a monogrammed ketchup bottle.” There’s so much prep around, it starts to rub off on you. In my first year of law school, the number of pairs of boat shoes in my closet went from 0 to 2. Lawyers aren’t known for being mathematicians, but I believe that is a one bajillion percent increase.

You can try to fight it, but sometimes it’s easier to just let yourself fall into it…and hope you land on a yacht in the Hamptons.
