Happy Friday!

April Fools. It’s only Wednesday. But I did wear this last week for casual Friday.

That is about as far as I go with April Fools jokes. I really hate it when I fall for pranks, so I don’t like to play them on other people. It’s not really a matter of being nice (am I saying that word right? is it nyce? or more like niece?). I just figure if you play pranks on people, you’re more likely to piss them off and make them want to get back at you. So I’m going to just keep being sarcastic because I’m perfectly capable of taking sarcasm. Feel free to leave me some in the comments.

Since it’s April 1, you know what that means (other than a day to NOT play tricks on Sarah)…it’s the start of this month’s Top 10 Remix style challenge! This outfit is the last of my pre-challenge looks from March, so tomorrow you’ll start seeing my Top 10 creations. What is this challenge, you ask? There are some summer dresses that can really only be summer dresses. Ones made of linen or covered in tie-dye, for example. But for the most part I think you can winterize pretty much anything. How do you winterize? Add some dark colors, tights, maybe some fur details or boots. Boom. Winterized. I wore this to a bridal shower earlier this month, so I was perfectly warm and comfortable once I was inside (and maybe had a few cups of punch, but that’s irrelevant).
