This dress is the same color as most of what I’ve been eating the past week. I’ve already been eating relatively healthy the past few years, but I started getting lax so I made some changes, like less refined flour, more veggies, and a shit ton of water. The changes so far are these: I go to the bathroom 17 times an hour, I feel somewhat energetic before I have coffee, and I can see my abs in the morning. But, I mean, that’s probably just a coincidence, right? It couldn’t possibly be that my parents (and every doctor ever) were right all along. I’m going to have some ice cream and ponder that question…
