Fun fact about me: I have a freaky talent for finding four-leaf clovers. I used to find them all the time as a kid. Even if I wasn’t trying to find them – I could just be walking along, glance down, and oh! There’s one! This is not a joke. It happened multiple times.
As an adult, I haven’t really added much to my clover collection. Maybe because my eyes are farther from the ground now than they were when I was 10 (but only slightly). Or maybe because I live in a city so there’s less green in my environment, or (most likely) I’m just a boring grownup with too many responsibilities who’s forgotten how to feel fulfilled by doing things that aren’t “productive.”
Last weekend we took a walk around Broad Ripple Park and there were tons of clover patches, so I decided to get reacquainted with my inner child, and whaddayaknow, I’ve still got it! Found 2 lucky clovers in about 15 minutes of searching. Not gonna lie, it was pretty fun. đŸ™‚
