Now that I’ve given you a soundtrack and a great outfit idea, you’re all set for the weekend! What’s everyone up to? Outdoorsy things? Errand running? Sleeping and drinking wine? If it’s the last one, we could be real-life friends. Speaking of real-life friends, I have plans on Sunday to hang with one of my fellow Indianapolis bloggers, Katie. If you’re a real person who wears clothes and you don’t read her blog, you’re missing out. There, now that I’ve given her a shout out, she can’t possibly stand me up for our cake date.

I really thought this dress looked better on me. Actually, I’m pretty sure it does look better on me, it just spent too much time suffocating under my trench coat before we took these photos. If I’m being honest (and whether you like it or not, I’m always being honest), it wasn’t really chambray dress weather the day I wore this. But it was Saturday and opening day of the Broad Ripple Farmers’ Market, and I felt very strongly that it should be chambray dress weather. So I wore my springy little outfit and bought a tomato to match my bag.
