I love halter necklines like this because they’re super flattering on narrow shoulders. And that’s me – narrow shouldered but not narrow minded. I must admit I was a little narrow minded in my skepticism when I heard Kevin Spacey was hosting the Tonys. But I was pleasantly…um, indifferent? Yeah, let’s go with pleasantly indifferent. I don’t have any specific complaints, but I’m not itching for him to come back next year.

Coffee Dates

When: Tuesday before last // Weather: warm and sunny // Real life: work

Now that my other half works basically across the street from me, we meet for afternoon Starbucks dates a couple times a week. Adorable, right? Yeah, we know. I have a feeling the outdoor dates will be less frequent come January, but right now, they’re a great excuse to get out and soak up some Vitamin D. The key is to cut them short before I get sunburned. Believe me – it doesn’t take long. It takes about the same amount of time it takes to wait in line and order an iced latte. Where my pale ladies at?! You know what’s up.

In other news, just continuing my journey of becoming the world’s foremost collector of striped clothing. You’ll probably see me on TV one day. Hopefully not on Hoarders.
