When: May 14 // Weather: probably warm // Real life: working from home (sunglasses and footwear added for evening walk)
I don’t know if it’s the self-isolation or just the wisdom of my 30s, but lately I’ve stopped caring so much about whether my clothes are “flattering.” What does that even mean and why should it be that important? I got this blouse in Paris and I’ve barely worn it because every time I put it on, I think it makes me look slightly pregnant and I end up changing.
So what? Pregnant people are a level of badass I will never achieve (by choice), so why would I be afraid to look like them? (But if you ask my how far along I am, I will give you my best death stare.) This blouse is cute, it reminds me of my vacation en France, I like it, and I shall wear it.

Def agree with you about not giving a you-know-what about “flattering”. That said, I actually am preggo and thought “what a great top to grow into!” So thank you! Trying to avoid the baby-doll tops as long as possible.
Haha congrats and good luck with the maternity wear! I have no experience in this area, but I bet this skirt would work well as during and after pregnancy option. It has an elastic waist band and since it’s plenty long you could probably pull it over a bump?
