Today I’m en route to Florida for the holiday, and I’ll take a couple days off from blogging to enjoy Christmas in EPCOT. It’ll be my first time so I’m pretty excited. You can follow me on Instagram here to see all my adventures along the way!

For now, I’ll leave you with this outfit from a recent movie date. Pretty sexy date look, right? Showing ankles and everything. A hundred years ago I would have been quite the hussy. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, we saw Catching Fire. I’m one of the dozen people in the country who hasn’t read the books, but the movie was still good! Except there was one thing that bugged me. With all the crazy shit going on in her life, she could not POSSIBLY have time to put her hair in that fancy braid every day. Seriously.

Have a very merry Christmas, everyone! If you don’t celebrate Christmas, then just have a fantastic Wednesday.

  1. Is Catching Fire a Hungers Games film? I haven’t read any of those books either – I might get around to it someday…but I doubt it!
Have a great Christmas at Epcot!x

  2. I love how you paired a necklace to a turtleneck. I was have a hard time wondering how to accessorize with a turtleneck, but you have given me some inspiration!

  3. something about your hair looks really great. lighter color and long bang combo maybe? whatever it is, keep rocking it.
love your blog. fellow femme over here…I’ve been following you for a year now. So, thanks for being here, being a fashionable femme and for being yourself. happy holidays!

    1. Thanks so much for reading, Riki! Funny you should mention my hair…It looks so great because I just got it done like 2 hours before I took these photos. I did get some more highlights and cut my bangs. I think I do an OK job of styling it myself most days, but nothing compares to a professional job!
