Prepare to be impressed: Kristin, my fabulous (in her own way) other half, picked out this dress all by herself and got it for me for Christmas! Even more impressive: she got it because it reminded her of this dress I had pinned a while back.
Since the dress is very minimalistic and severe, I thought this flowery statement necklace made for a good mix. As for the heels…I call them my sexy leprechaun shoes. Just thought you should know.
Oh, and I made an impromptu announcement yesterday about a remix challenge. Be sure to check out the details if you didn’t already!

This is a lovely dress! Black and white is going to be everywhere this spring and I am very excited. I have a Hermes silk scarf giveaway on my blog I think you would love, would love if you could pass by and enter!

That dress really highlights your lovely figure! your wife has a good eye! I like how start and severe it is. Something a young Miranda Priestly would wear if the Devils Wears Prada was set in her 20s. Hot!
I love that movie!!!! I aspire to be as fabulous and scary as Miranda Priestly.
This dress is sooooo chic. Plus, it makes you look more amazing than you already do–so flattering!
Aw thanks! You’re so sweet. Makin’ me blush.
That dress looks fantastic on you! I love the color pattern, it’s very unique! Kristin did an excellent job picking it out!
Gorgeous dress! It’s so flattering! And your necklace is so pretty!

This dress is awesome, but yeah, i think the addition of the flowery necklace was necessary. It worked out very well. It’s all about the black and white it seems
