Roadtrippin’

I don’t have a real outfit post today because I spent all of yesterday in the car going from my home in Indianapolis all the way to my in-laws’ in Greenville, SC. Over 500 miles. It’s far. By the time we got here and had dinner, there was no light left for good pictures.

But I did take this quick photo in the best room of the in-laws’ house: the Beatles room. Yes, really. It’s fantastic. I thought the vintage photo effect would add some extra ambiance, although I wish I had been wearing something a little more 60s-ish.

This skirt is the best road trip garment ever because it’s made of this soft, stretchy material that doesn’t wrinkle, isn’t clingy, and doesn’t dig into my waist and make me have to pee even more than normal.
