There was really only one thing on my “Santa, you better bring me this or else” list, and it was this dress. Santa delivered, and therefore I shall allow him to continue bringing me gifts again next year. Things I love about this dress: the abstract houndstooth print, the flutter hem, and the loose but still flattering shape.
It’ll look great with a jacket or cardigan for work, but I couldn’t wait so I wore it to a NYE party. I also wore it to dinner that afternoon. Yes…afternoon. We had dinner at 4:15 because we waited too late to make reservations. On the way to dinner, we put on a “Get Turnt” mix on Spotify, then discussed what exactly “turnt” means, over-enunciating “turnt” every time. We’re taking “old married couple” to a whole new level in 2017.
