Did you miss Frocktober yesterday?! I never said I’d wear dresses every day this month, just most days. 🙂 Wearing this burnt orange dress is pretty much like dressing as a fall leaf. If this dress could sing, it would be like: “I’m bringin’ autumn back (yeah), your photosynthesis don’t know how to act (yeah).

The only challenge to this dress is the super low-cut neckline. I’ve layered a tank underneath before, but that just seems kind of boring. I got more creative this time and layered a sleeveless button-up shirt underneath. I wasn’t sure it would work but it kind of looks like it was part of the dress all along!

  1. Fun way to keep the gals in place and make the dress look more autumnal! Cool pumps too!

I’m loving the Frocktober theme; you’re definitely challenging my own thinking around styling my dresses in the fall beyond just adding a pair of tights and/or a scarf 😉

  2. Ummm hi this dress/shirt combo is actual perfection and it’s amazing and I’m going to need to recreate it asap. 🙂 Low cut dresses are so tricky in the office- this is a great fix!
