Headbands, Brows, and Tree Climbing

white eyelet dress, tan leather jacket

In case you need a break from all the Labor Day Sale announcements, here are a few outfits and other tidbits that didn’t make it to the blog (except…now I guess they have made it to the blog).

fit and flare LBD, striped headbandsimilar Dress // similar Headband // similar Bag // Shoes

I felt very cute and Parisian in this outfit, but it was mostly an accident. I fell back on a black dress because I didn’t know what else to wear, and the headband was just because I’m still figuring out the whole “growing out my bangs” thing.

skinny courduroysSweater (on sale) // Necklace (on sale)

This sweater is sorta gray on the front, and more gray on the back. The pants are also gray. But at least I wore pink shoes.

sephora brow builder review

I’ve gone my whole teenage and adult life without using any makeup on my brows, but now I’ve started and I can’t stop. I experimented with a couple drug store options, then settled on this combo of Sephora products: a brow pencil and brow builder. GAME CHANGER, people.

Ann Taylor stripe shirtdress

This is a goofy picture of me standing in a parking garage stairwell. Classy, right? But at least the dress is cute.

stripe polka dot teeShirt // Bag (on sale) // similar Shoes // Bracelet

Stripes and polka dots in the same t-shirt?! Sign me up.

Kendra Scott design your ownEarrings // Ring (designed myself at Kendra Scott!)

Remember that birthday shopping spree? These are some of the spoils.

plaid shirt, suede loafersShirt (c/o Shopbop) // Sunglasses

Last week’s casual Friday look. I felt like a Tomboy. I climbed a tree right after this photo was taken.

I have to thank M Loves M for this outfit idea (and a lot of other outfit ideas, actually). Eyelet with leather seems like a pretty good end-of-summer combo. No tree climbing in this one though.

That’s all for now. Go have a kickass Labor Day Weekend.
