Yesterday on the way to work, I was listening to one of those radio stations that plays “hits from the 80s, 90s, and today!” and the 1997 classic “I’ll Be” by Edwin McCain came on. Talk about a #TBT. I don’t know why, but I love singing along to that song. I don’t actually love the song, and I don’t even know all the words, but it’s so fun to scream it at the top of my lungs. If I heard that song in public, I would probably find it cheesy and tune it out. But in the privacy of my car, it’s epic.
Anyway. This isn’t even what I was wearing when I belted out a 90s classic, but in the spirit of Friday I wanted to entertain you with my story. What’s your favorite guilty pleasure car song?
