Some people think sweaters are only for fall and winter. (Actually, I don’t know if that’s true, but it helps my story, so I’m going to assume those people exist.) I’m not one of those people. I bought this sweater in 4 colors last year because it’s the perfect lightweight cotton for warmer months, and it lets me feel like I’m wearing a t-shirt but look like a grownup who has her act together. A good knit will do that for you. And it just so happens this sweater is now available again, and there are four other colors I don’t have yet!

Speaking of things that make me look more impressive than I really am, how ’bout these jeans?! I fully appreciate that not all jeans are created equal, but it’s very rare that I see someone wearing jeans that make me do a double-take. As long as a pair of jeans is comfortable, doesn’t have any weird gaps, and costs less than $80 or so, they’re good enough for me. But when I wear these jeans, I sometimes catch myself checking out my own ass. Jeans that make you objectify yourself are worth the money. Just don’t let anyone else do it without your permission.
