This weekend was an experiment in polar opposites. On Saturday, the emphasis was on polar. I’m talking winter coat, see-your-breath cold. Then Sunday it was back to sunny and mid-70s and lovely. Basically October got a little too excited about itself and went overboard. It was like a kid who just turned 16 and got his license, so he decided to take his parents’ car out for a joy ride and crashed it. Settle down, October. You are SO grounded. (Judging by our stellar 5-day forecast, it looks like October’s sucking up real hard now.) But the bright side of Saturday’s overzealous chill was mom had an excuse to go buy a new car. And by car I mean scarf.

Our weather has been so crazy here too – freezing & in the 40’s one day and back up into the 70’s the next! Love this classic layered look – that scarf is so cute!

Ugh, Saturday in Indy was no fun! Yesterday was much better – though I felt silly for pulling out a sweater on Sunday!
