Christmastime Is Here

I remember I was SO excited when I found this shirt last year. I really wanted a flannel shirt that had red and green in it…you know, to get in the Christmas spirit and look adorable at the same time. When I saw this one at J. Crew I knew my search was over. It doesn’t get much more Christmassy or adorable than this. And good news – it’s now available at J. Crew Factory!

Mine has been in storage all summer and fall, and I wore it again for the first time the day after Thanksgiving to go Christmas tree hunting and Black Friday shopping. Yep, I went all in. Why not? Christmas only happens for a whole month every single year.

Also, be sure to take a moment and appreciate my mother-in-law’s nicely decorated front porch. She was disappointed I didn’t take my outfit photos IN THE DARK so you could see the Christmas lights. Selfishly, I decided I wanted to be visible in the photos for my own blog. Some Christmas spirit I have, huh? I’ll try more plaid…
